CANCELLATION POLICY:
- For bookings up to 15 nights, 3 working days’ notice prior to arrival - free of charge. If less - 3 night accommodation cost fee
- For bookings of 15 to 30 nights, 5 working days’ notice prior to arrival - free of charge. If less - 3 night accommodation cost fee
- For bookings of 31+ nights, 7 working days’ notice prior to arrival - free of charge. If less - 3 nights accommodation cost fee
CHANGING OF RESERVATION POLICY BEFORE CHECK-IN / EARLY CHECK-OUT:
- In case of early termination prior to arrival, the cost of living will be recalculated in accordance with the actual period of residence.
Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and upon request. Our managers will be pleased to assist you with visa support documents in order to obtain the Russian tourist visa.
